Managing Emails

Moving or copying emails

The following options exist:

How to move or copy an email:

  1. Select one or several emails.

  2. To move them, click the Move icon in the toolbar.

    To copy them, click the More actions icon in the toolbar. Click on Copy.


    • If you have selected a single email, use the More actions icon in the detail view.

    • Use the context menu in the email list view.

    A window opens.

  3. Select a folder. You can also create a new folder.
